So, I've been taking Ativan 1mg for about a few weeks now, and I wanted to share my experience with you all. I was prescribed it for general anxiety disorder, and honestly, it's been a real big help. The dosage my doctor started me on was just 1mg once a day before bed. I usually take itaround sundown. It helps me to relax and drift off more easily
